At Sinclair Patterns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your physical merchandise or printed patterns don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unwashed condition.
Ship to Studio
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
